Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about AxtonWallet and how it works.
Is AxtonWallet a custodial or non-custodial wallet?
AxtonWallet is designed to operate as a non-custodial wallet. That means you are in control of
your wallet and funds. Your private keys and recovery phrase are generated on your device and
should be stored securely by you.
Which coins and networks does AxtonWallet support?
AxtonWallet focuses on major networks and assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT ERC20, USDT
TRC20, Tron, BNB, XRP, Solana and others. Supported assets may grow over time as we integrate more
chains and tokens.
Why do I need Ethereum or Tron to complete swaps or withdrawals?
Most blockchains require a small amount of the native coin (for example ETH on Ethereum or TRX on
Tron) to pay network fees, also called “gas”. If you do not have enough, the transaction cannot
be confirmed on the blockchain. AxtonWallet checks this and will notify you if your balance is
insufficient.
What is the 0.02 ETH / 200 TRX swap charge?
This is a configurable service fee applied on certain swap operations in addition to the network
gas fee. It helps cover infrastructure, security and maintenance costs. Exact fees may change and
will always be displayed before you confirm a swap.
Why are my withdrawals temporarily disabled?
Withdrawals may be disabled for security checks, system maintenance, or if your account requires
additional verification (for example, pending KYC review). In such cases, you will see an on-screen
message. You can also contact support for more details.
Do I need to complete KYC to use AxtonWallet?
Basic features may be available without KYC, but certain actions such as higher-limit withdrawals
or fiat-related operations may require identity verification. KYC helps us comply with regulations
and protect the platform from misuse.
How can I contact support if I have a problem?
You can reach our team through the contact page. Depending on your
region, we may also provide WhatsApp support and email for faster follow-up after deposits or
other sensitive operations.
What should I do if I suspect a scam or phishing attempt?
Never share your password, 2FA codes or recovery phrase with anyone. If a message or website looks
suspicious, stop immediately and contact our support using the official contact information on
this site. We also integrate scam-advisory tools to help reduce risky interactions.
